Our mini-program calculates rent by the hour: the last 6 hours of your rental period are charged hourly, while anything beyond that counts as a full day—choosing the right time can save you money. Pick-up options include in-store collection, same-city delivery, and airport pick-up. If you’re staying at a hotel, choose same-city delivery for direct drop-off at your door—no need to travel. If sizes don’t fit, contact customer service to exchange before your order ships; even after shipping, you can follow the return process. Deposits are refunded immediately after return, and normal dirt or minor wear won’t be deducted—rest assured.
